Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg chicken, cleaned and make pieces as you like
- 1 table spoon ginger paste
- 1 table spoon garlic paste
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2/3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 4 cups all-purpose flour,
- 3 teaspoons pepper,
- 2 eggs
- Salt as required
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 large capsicum chopped in tiny pieces
- 2 onion chopped in tiny pieces
- Oil for deep frying
- 1 cup pennant crushed
Directions:
Put the chicken in a bowl and mix with salt, ginger, garlic, capsicum, onion, vinegar and black pepper and cover it and leave it for 1 hour, after that add pepper, pennant crushed and soy sauce. Mix it well. Take another bowl and add flour, milk, eggs and make dough.
Add oil in a frying pan and heat it till smoke comes out. Now dip the pieces in the dough and then slide one by one into the hot oil and cook for about 12 to 13 minutes in low flame until it will become brown or golden in color. Do it with the both side of all the pieces. Serve with hot and spicy sauce and with your sweet smile.
