EGGLESS OREO SPONGE CAKE


This Eggless Oreo Sponge Cake is the easiest treat you'll ever bake. Made with just a handful of pantry staples and crushed Oreos, it’s light, fluffy, and unbelievably delicious. Ingredients-:

1.      Milk -1 Cup

2.      Vinegar-2 Teaspoon

3.      Flour- 2 Cup

4.      Baking Soda- 1 Teaspoon

5.      Baking Powder- 2 Teaspoon

6.      Oil-1/2 cup

7.      Sugar- 1 Cup

8.      Vanilla- 1 Teaspoon

9.      Milk Powder- 4 Tablespoon

10.   Salt-1/4th Teaspoon

11.   Dry Fruits- 1 cup

12.   Oreo – 5/6

13.   Butter-2 tablespoon

14.   Butter Paper- 1 sheet

Process-:

1.      Add Vinegar in the Milk and Keep aside for 5 minutes

2.      In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients one by one except oil, milk.

3.      After proper mixing now add milk.

4.      Start Whisking for 3/4 minutes.

5.      Add oil and continue whisking till the dough smooth and lump free.

6.      Lastly add dry fruits and crushed Oreos.

7.      Take a cake pan. Grease with butter.

8.      Adjust the butter paper according to the size and shape of the cake tin.

9.      Grease with butter.

10.   Sprinkle flour all over the paper.

11.   Tap and remove excess flour.

12.   Add the dough in the pan.

13.   Preheat the oven for 15 minutes.

14.   Now bake the cake for 30 minutes on 175°C.
