Ingredients
·
Vegetable oil- 1 cup

Egg-two
·
Medium sized shrimp-300 gram
·
Zinger- 100 gram chopped
·
Onion – 3 medium (chopped)
·
Green chillies- 3
·
Garlic clove- 5 (chopped)
·
Lime juice- 2 teaspoon
·
Walnut-1/2 cup chopped
·
Raisins (Kishmish)-1/4 cup
·
Basmati Rice- 3 cup (boiled)
·
Spring onion- 1 cup (chopped)
·
Capsicum - ½ cup chopped
·
Black pepper dust- 1 teaspoon
·
Soy sauce – 2 tablespoon
· Cashew nuts – ¼ cup
· Almond nuts-1/4 cup (chopped)
· Pineapple - ½ cup (sliced)
· Bean sprouts- 2 cups
·
White Vinegar-1 teaspoon
Process
Take a pan. Add oil in the pan. When oil comes in the
situation to splutter then add chopped onion and fry it till brown. Now add capsicum, bean sprouts, chopped green chillies,
all dry fruits and chopped zinger and garlic cloves, spring onion. Stir well
and fry appropriately. Add salt (as required), lime juice, pinch of sugar and
pinch of black pepper dust in it. Let it cooked for 2 minutes. Now remove it
from the pan and keep aside.
Again add oil in the pan and fry the prawns for 2 to 3
minutes. Now take a quite big pan, add boiled
rice and all fried ingredients in it. Mix uniformly.
In between take another pan, add oil, crack the egg;
whirl the egg and leave for set; when egg puffs, flip egg and cook other side
briefly; remove from wok, and chop into small pieces.
Now add the chopped egg in the pan with the rice. Cook
it for few minutes. After that add prawn in it and add soya sauce. Stir well;
add salt and chopped pineapple. Toss to mix well; stir and fry for 4- 5 minutes.
Stir evenly. Now reduce the flame to check the seasoning and adjust salt. Cover
it let it perfectly cooked and wonderful zing and flavour. Open the cover after
some time mesmerized with the aroma and serve the dish hot and with sweet smile
of yours.
