Ingredients
· 500 grams boneless Chicken in medium pieces

Ginger garlic paste- 2 tablespoons
·
Cashew nut paste- 3 teaspoon
·
Rosemary- 1 teaspoon
·
Oregano- 1 teaspoon
·
Chat Masala- 1 pinch
·
Salt- As required
·
1 teaspoon- pepper
·
2 slices of Lime.
·
Chopped coriander leaves
·
2 tablespoons of liquefy butter
Procedure
Firstly wash cleanly the chicken pieces. Mix all the
ingredients with chicken pieces except lime. Leave for 1 hour. Place the chicken pieces on
grill rack and brush with butter. Now place it into the oven and set the time
to 10 minutes. Check out after 5 minutes and brush with butter. After 10
minutes make sure that chicken is properly cooked, if chicken is still slightly
uncooked then cook for another 2/3 minutes. When the chicken properly done,
place it on a plate and garnish with salad with lemon and sprinkle chat Masala and coriander
leaves over the kebabs. Serve hot with onion
cucumber salad and any favourite sauces.
