Banana Fritters
Ingredients
·
Ripe bananas -3, smashed
·
Grated coconut - 1 and ½ cup
·
All purpose flour or Maida - 1/2 cup
·
Sugar - 1/2 cup
·
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
·
for deep frying
·
1 teaspoon – black cardamom seeds
·
Backing powder- ½ teaspoon
·
Milk powder- ½ cup
·
Crushed cashew nut- 2 tablespoon
·
Raisins- 1 table spoon
You can
use dry fruits according to your choice
Process-
Get a
bowl and add smashed banana, grated coconut, salt, sugar, flour, baking powder,
milk powder, crushed cashew nut and Raisins into it and mix them to make a
thick batter with hand. Now make small balls from the batter .
Now add
oil in a pan. When the oil heated well,add balls one by one in the pan . Do not over crowd the pan. Fry them
till golden brown, Serve hot with Maple Syrup or
Honey as dip.
