Delicious Creamy Baked FISH
Ingredients
• Bone less fish (Barramundi/or any fish according to your choice)- 4-6 pieces
• Peas-1/2 cup
• Potato slices- 6
• String beans-8
• Lime juice- 2 tablespoons
• Chopped garlic- 1 teaspoon
• Butter- 2 table spoon
• Cream 1 teaspoon
• Black pepper powder -3 teaspoons
• Carrot slice -3
• Vegetable oil -2 table spoon
• Salt to taste
• Sugar-1/2 teaspoon
• Cashew nut paste- 2 teaspoon
• Oregano-2 teaspoon
Process
Take a bowl marinate fish with lime juice, butter, salt, black pepper, sugar, cashew nut paste. Leave for 30 minutes. Now put fish pieces in oven for baking. Remember to brush the tray with butter.
Bake it till it’s done. Now boil the vegetable (choose vegetable according to your choice and boil it with salt.). When the vegetables are done then take a pan add oil in it. When oil comes to splatter, add the chopped garlic. Sauté for few minutes. After that add butter, oregano, salt, and black pepper and stir well to mix all ingredients. Now add boiled vegetables in it. Cook it for few minutes.
Now it time for seasoning. Arrange the vegetables and fish in one plate. Done the seasoning with black pepper powder, and cream, lime juice. You can serve this dish with slice of bread and baby pieces of crispy potatoes.
