However, our elusive energy is uninterruptedly carving in each second, which calls into question the rationality of following a plain, strict intake for a lifetime. If we are a vibrant creature, our eating habit should have been fluid and lithe. The diet we follow usually are associated with fried processed or too salty or sugary foods that sound soothing for immediate demand of mind  but actually contribute to depression, stress, and anxiety.

Depression/stress is harsh and hard-hitting and major obstacle for inner peace.   Can food make one feel happier? Perhaps.

Depression or Stress or disturbance in inner peace cause mental health disorder. Mental health disorders are multifarious.  Our brain is desirous. It needs a lot of energy to work properly and to create neurotransmitters — chemicals that send signals through the nervous system. Without enough energy or the right nutrients, your brain won’t get what it needs. In fact, one study suggests that eating a lot of nutrient-sparse processed foods could up your chances of becoming depressed by as much as 60 percent. We still have to go long path to understand how the brain works, and exactly how nutrients may improve brain health. Still, there are some promising possibilities.

Our brain is part of our body.  So in a simple way it can be said that what makes our body’s healthier —food, fresh air, sunshine, clean water, exercise, de-stressing, vitamins and minerals etc. will make our brains healthier. So food in particular seem to be linked to brain health.

Act to get Inner peace

Accomplishing inner harmony is the objective of many beliefs and workout practices. No matter the causes to seek out inner peace, it will not come immediately with the first yoga pose. Our huge luggage on mind and soul and diversions in this world that retain us let bygone to bygone and be entirely happy. While some people are under the impression that it takes alcohol, drugs or some other distraction to quiet the mind, there are other, more natural options that can produce the desired results through spiritual awareness. Infinite treasure is not the medicine of a restless heart. Achieving a significant title may feel notable, but it is not the key to satisfaction. Gorgeous look is incapable to counter the melancholy inner unrest. The outer world just cannot soothe internal commotion. One can follow the below mentioned points to sooth himself/herself and get inner peace-:

First, make sure you’re eating, at least a little bit. Depression/ disturbance in inner peace can hit our enthusiasm. But no food means no nutrients. Absence of nutrients means depressed brain. Before we initiate any changes, get more alert of what we already doing and feeling. Depression is devastating. Instead taking steps to fix everything at once, consider a minor, controllable lifestyle-oriented step or two like mentioned below-:

1) Get outside and get sunlight. Depression is allied with darkness. So avoid it.

2) Sharing- Start to find friends with whom we can share. That may include a doctor, a therapist, close supportive friends and family members, a fitness trainer, even a pet and others.

3) Remoteness with inner self-People scared to be alone and to face inner emotional turmoil. Five minutes on your own may send them into a nosedive. When they unaccompanied, they must involve themselves into some other action/addiction. Forming space for Remoteness is one of the utmost vital direction to find internal peace. Think of it and find it in the perfect occurrence. Every so often we should fine-tune ourselves to let bygone the static.

4) Outlook-Outlook makes all the variance when it derives to one’s viewpoint on life. Two people can bear parallel sufferings yet one comes out on highest and the other is shattered by the experience. The core dissimilarity is in their already chosen mental paradigms. Some circumstances are extremely challenging, but one can pick to gain knowledge or stumble in pain. Our outlook directly distresses our internal peace.

5) Gratefulness-To say “thank you” is part of our accountability. In short, gratefulness is one half of the conversation we carry on with the Universe. If we’re not involved in the dialogue we either have a sense of entitlement or insignificance – both of which are characteristics of ego. A practice of gratitude guards against these extremes of ego and helps us to maintain a peaceful core.

6)  Appreciate and Accept- Inner peace is a state of mind, instead of grudging your current situation, appreciate the things you achieved. Refutation is the hardest barrier to inner consciousness.

7) Avoid negative energy/emotion- Feelings of hatred, irritation, remorse and guilt are all adverse emotions that produce rare positive results. Should concentrate in positive thought and let bygone be bygone, peace will soon follow.

8)  Let go of the little things. Too often too much time is spent worrying about the minute details and insignificant occurrences. Focus on the big picture and let the little things go.

9) Be Self Confident- Develop the thought that ‘I can do it attitude’ and believe in your own ability.

10)  Feel freedom- Find a little minutes every day to unload your emotional burden. By doing so it helps to discharge the stress from the day and accompany in greater feelings of peace and freedom.

11) Look for the positives-Whether you believe it or not, every situation or circumstance has some positive characteristic. Finding the positives in every situation is another way to reduce what could be a stressful situation.

A powerful believe system can create placebo effect in our mind.  Our mind can be creator or destroyer of our own self. So, restrict and purify your thought process. One can bounce back in life at any point of time if he/she has a powerful believe system. Many example in our society are available. Many people are challenged by physically but they can do remarkable thing for which world can remember them forever.  Physically challenged person can work, enjoy and live a successful life till death but mentally challenged person doesn’t. With the help of your mind you can be ‘Strongly Mental or Mentally Strong’- decision is yours.
