Ingredients to make one 9 inch Quiche-:
- Boiled Shredded Chicken -: 400 grams
- Chicken Stock- 1 cup
- Whole Purpose Flour-1 cup
- Butter-100 gram
- Yellow Bell Pepper-1 Chopped
- Red Bell Pepper- 1 Chopped-
- Chopped Fresh Parsley Leaves-1/2 cup
- Fresh Cream-1 cup
- Black Pepper- 3 teaspoon
- Oregano-1 tablespoon
- Cherry Tomato-6
- Lime Juice-1/2 cup
- Egg-4
- Medium Sized Chopped Onion- 2
- Garlic Ginger chopped-1/2 cup
- Coriander Leaves Chopped-1 cup
- Cheese- ½ cup
- Sauce as per your choice – 3 tablespoons ( I use 1 tablespoon of Tomato sauce, Garlic Chili Sauce and mustard sauce and make mixture)
Procedure-:

Step 1- Short Crust Pastry
- Take a deep bowl
- Add flour and Butter in a food processor and process until the mixture resembles coarse bread crumbs. With processor running add drops of iced water until the dough comes together.
- If not using a processor, mix the iced water with a knife or a wooden spoon. You can mix the dough by hand but do not handle the dough too much
- You will need approximately two and a half tablespoon of water
- Press the dough in to a ball ,wrap in grease proof paper or cling film
- keep in refrigerator for min 45 minutes
- Roll the dough and give shape as per your choice and set in baking tray prick evenly.
- Keep the tray again in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes
- Preheat the oven
- Do blind baking till the crust little golden.
Step-2-: Filling Preparation:
- Mixture 1-:
- Take a pan add butter let it be melted.
- Add chicken, Onion, Garlic, Ginger , bell pepper and fry for 5 minutes
- And salt pepper
- Sauté till brown
- Now add the stock and lime juice.
- Cover the pan let it be cooked and come together in low flame for 10 minutes.
- Check the seasoning
- Add the cream and sauté for few minutes
Mixture 2-:
- Take a bowl
- Crack 4 eggs
- Add salt, black pepper, chopped onion 1 teaspoon, and Parsley leaves 1 teaspoon.
- Bit for 3-4 minutes
- Add 2 teaspoons of cream
- Again bit for few minutes.
Final Step-:
- Spread the sauce on the crust properly
- Next pour mixture 1 ad then 2 and fill the crust
- Now sprinkle with cheese, coriander leaves and oregano and place cherry tomatoes
- Bake for 35-40 minutes on 180 degree.
