This Gondhoraj Chicken Fry is
a true celebration of Bengal’s love for flavour and texture. The bright notes
of kaffir lime cut
through the richness of the fried chicken, leaving a refreshing aftertaste that
lingers. Serve it hot with kasundi or green chutney, and pair it with a glass
of your favourite drink. One bite, and you'll be hooked!
