Ingredient-
- Coriander- 1 Bunch
- Garlic chopped- 6 clove
- Onion chopped-1and half
- Chopped carrot-1/2
- Zinger Paste-1 Table spoon
- Mince meat- 500 grams
- Flour- 2 and half cup
- Sugar-1 table spoon
- Milk-1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper-1 table spoon
- Nutmeg ( jayfol) dust or paste-1 teaspoon
- Garam masala- 1 teaspoon
- Tomato-2
- Capcicum-1
- Chilly Powder-1 teaspoon
- Sunflower oil/ Olive oil-1 cup
Process-
Firstly take bowl, put
flour, milk, salt, sugar and baking powder and mix this well make dough. Let it
rest for 3 to 4 hours. Now take another bowl add mince meat, chopped onion,
chopped garlic, zinger paste; Nutmeg paste or dust, chopped coriander, salt,
garam masla powder, black pepper, chopped capsicum , chilly powder, chopped
tomatoes, mix it well. After that put some oil in the pan, when the oil become
splutter put lit bit sugar and add
little pinch of garam masala powder after that put the mixer on the pan and
cook it well. Let it cool down. Now take the dough make small size but thicken
rotis and put the cooked mixture on just middle of it and rap it down. After
raping it well, make medium size rotis flatten with rolling pin. You can make
the shape of the rotis as you wish. Put some oil on the pan and place rotis on
that, let your gas in sim and let it cooked, change the each side of the
kulchas after cook in both side. You can bake it Micro oven at griddle cook
mode for 2 minutes in a slow flame, then transfer it on the baking tray, bake
them at 250 c for 7 to 8 minutes. After
cooking it serve it with garlic sauce or curry. It goes well with both. (Garlic
Sauce recipe given below)
Garlic sauce
Ingredient-
- Garlic-2
- Vinegar- 1 table spoon
- Salt-to taste
- Sugar-1/4 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise – 2 table spoon
- Chili Powder-1/2 teaspoon
First put the garlic
cloves and vinegar in grinder machine and make a smooth garlic paste from the
garlic cloves. After that add mayonnaise, salt, and sugar, Chili Powder and
make paste again in grinder machine. Take the paste in a small bowl and serve it
with Kulchas.
