Schezwan Paneer Capsicum is a spicy, colorful Indo-Chinese stir-fry featuring soft paneer cubes, vibrant bell peppers, and a bold ginger-garlic blend. Enhanced with crushed Schezwan pepper, chili sauce, and black pepper, this dish packs a fiery punch. The gravy is thickened with corn flour paste and infused with green tomato for a tangy twist. INGREDIENTS
· 250 grams paneer· ½ teaspoon black pepper powder (Affiliated Link) or crushed pepper· ½ tablespoon corn flour (Affiliated Link).· 2 crushed schezwan pepper.· 1/2 cup chopped spring onions.· 1 tablespoon chopped ginger-garlic.· 1 onion chopped.· 3 tablespoon ginger paste.· 4-5 green chilies (chopped)· 1/4 cup sliced green capsicum· 1/4 cup Capsicum yellow and red color chopped tiny or shapes it as you wish· 1/2 teaspoon vinegar (Affiliate Link)· 2 tablespoon sunflower oil or olive oil· 1 tablespoon corn flour for the corn flour paste· Salt and sugar as required· Coriander leaves -1 bunch· Chopped 1 green tomato

INSTRUCTIONS
First take a frying pan or wok and add oil. let it be heated well when then add the paneer. Fry it very
lightly for two / three minutes. After frying keep it aside.
Now add more oil in the pan when it comes to splutter, then add chopped onion, fry for one to two minutes. add the
chopped garlic. Now add chopped yellow and red capsicum. Fry for 2/3 minutes more.
Now add the spring onions and
stir and fry for 2 minutes. Add chopped ginger-garlic, chopped capsicum and green chilies, chopped green tomato. Now stir, mix and fry for 4 minutes.
Add crushed black pepper seeds&
crushed schezwan pepper.
Now take the zinger paste and add it with hot water. Keep
it asidefor few minutes. Then stain it and pour it into the pan and stir.
Then add chili sauce, sugar, black pepper powder, red chili powder and salt. Mix well and check the seasoning.
Add two teaspoons of corn flour
paste to thicken the gravy and stir well.
Lastly add the fried paneer cubes and cook them with the sauce and vegetables for 1-2 minutes.
Garnish the dish with yellow
and red fried capsicum and fried onion and chopped Coriander leaves and lastly spread
pinch of black pepper over it. The dish
is ready.
