1 1. Koi fish( Climbing perch)-8 pcs
2. Mustard Oil as required
3. Ginger & garlic paste- 2 tablespoon
4. Onion paste-3 tablespoon
5. Bay leaf/ Tej pata (2-3 pcs)
6. Green Chilies (4-5 pcs)
7. Turmeric Powder (1.5 teaspoon)
8. Red Chili Powder (1/2 teaspoon)
9. Sugar (1/2 teaspoon)
10. Salt (to taste)
11. Water – as required
12. Curd-1 teaspoon
13. Nut paste-1 spoon
14. Mustard paste-3 table spoon (Paste it with salt , little bit oil and one green chili)
15. Garam Masala Powder-1/2 teaspoon
17. Coriander Powder-1 teaspoon

Process-
- At first clean the fishes very carefully.
- Take a bowl add salt ,turmeric powder, chili powder, and oil of two table spoon and mix well.
- Then add this paste with fishes.
- Now take a pan and add oil , when oil become hot then fry the fishes. Remember don't over fry the fishes.
- Now take fishes one by one, add onion, zinger and garlic paste on one side' and on other side add mastered paste. Do this with all the fishes. Leave it for 1/2 hour.
- Take another pan add oil, bay leaf and sugar. When sugar get melted add all other remaining paste and curd .
- Stir well the mixture and let it cook till oil comes out from the mixture.
- Then add water as required to cook the fishes perfectly.
- Then add fishes one by one carefully in the gravy. Let it comes to boil on high to medium flame then cover and cook for 7 to 8 minutes on low flame.
- When fishes are cooked perfectly and gravy thickens then put off the oven.
- Sprinkle on tablespoon mustard oil on the fishes with slit green chilies. Cover till serve.
- Serve with plain hot rice with your sweet smile.
