Lasuni Murg Kabab

 Lasuni MurgKabab

Lasuni Murg Kebab is a flavorful and aromatic Indian dish that showcases the bold essence of garlic (lasun) combined with succulent pieces of marinated chicken. This kebab is prepared by marinating boneless chicken in a blend of yogurt, garlic paste, lemon juice, and a mix of Indian spices, including cumin, coriander, and garam masala. The marination allows the flavors to infuse deeply, ensuring juicy and tender kebabs with a smoky, charred aroma when grilled or cooked in a tandoor. The generous use of garlic enhances the dish's pungent and savory taste, making it a favorite among garlic lovers. Typically served with mint chutney, onion rings, and lemon wedges, Lasuni Murg Kebab is a perfect appetizer for those who enjoy bold and zesty flavors.
