Ingredients-:
· Finely Minced Chicken -500 grams
· Fresh bread crumbs-: ½ cup
· Grated Cheese -: 2 tablespoon
· Finely chopped onion -1 big
· Finely chopped parsley-: 2 tablespoon
· Finely Chopped garlic- 1 tablespoon
· Salt- To taste
· Pepper- ½ tablespoon
· Mustard sauce-: 1 teaspoon
· Chili flakes-: 1 teaspoon
· Boiled Eggs-: 4
· Raw Egg-1
· Tomato Sauce-: 2 tablespoon
· Sugar- ½ teaspoon
· Chili Sauce-: 1 teaspoon
· Butter-: 2 tablespoon
· Flour-: 2 tablespoon
Process-:
1. Coat the boiled eggs with dry flour. Keep aside.
2. Mix tomato sauce, chili sauce, sugar and half of the grated cheese for the topping. Keep Aside.
3. In a large bowl mix together all ingredients left (without butter) and keep it marinated for at least 4 hours.
4. Grease the loaf tin with butter
5. Spread half of the mixture evenly inside the loaf tin
6. Make a groove in the middle with a spoon.
7. Place the coated eggs in the groove and cover it up with the remaining mince.
8. Spread the tomato sauce mixture as a topping.
9. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees or you can also cook it in micro oven at full power for 8-10 minutes.
10. Cool and slice the meat loaf.
11. Meat loaf is ready to serve
