Ingredients-:
1. Chopped green chilies- 2 Teaspoon
2. Chopped Coriander – 2 Tablespoon
3. Salt to Taste
4. Black Pepper Powder-1/2 teaspoon
5. Chopped Garlic- 1 tablespoon
6. Fish(Bhetki/Katla)-: 700 gram
7. Pickled Onion- 10 ( Onion soaked in vinegar for 3 days) (shallots)
8. Bread Slice-2
9. Egg- 2 nos
10. Bread Crumb-2 cup
11. Pepper crushed- 2teaspoon
12. Oil for frying
13. Lime Juice- 2 teaspoon
14. Onion chopped- 1 big
Method-:
1. Boil and debone the fish
2. Put some oil in a pan and heat
3. Add chopped onion and garlic and fry till transparent.
4. Add the deboned fish, salt , green chilies, coriander leaves and crushed pepper.
5. Fry for some time and mix all ingredients well.
6. Crush the bread slices and mix with the fish
7. When done, let it cool
8. Beat egg add salt and black pepper powder and keep aside
9. Make ten balls out of the fish mix
10. Place pickled onion inside each fish ball and shape it well
11. Dip the ready fish balls in beaten egg and roll over the bread crumbs
12. Heat oil and deep fry the fofos till golden
13. Serve with some spicy dip
