Recognizing the power of food is to bring people together, Honoring the heritage and traditions behind each recipe, it can easily be said that Cooking is multisensory. It’s made for the eyes, the mouth, the nose, the ear, and the soul. No other art is as complex.

Cooking is a bit like cinema. It’s the emotion that counts. Try to make fun of the lemons that life gives you. It’s the best way to take the pressure off a little. And cook with love, maybe you even add it to the food.
We’re thrilled to prepare a delicious dish and delighted to watch it vanish from the table with the people devouring it. Compassion for fellow humans is sure to enhance our passion for cooking. I am a food fervent. Love to cook, more love to eat and eagerly feel affection to learn new dishes along traditional authentic dishes to prepare.  So I have attended workshop arranged and organized by famous food entrepreneur Rukma Dakshy. As a self-taught chef, creativity and passion for food pour a great emphasis on creativity and emotional authenticity in her cooking. She teaches us that the joy of eating is not only about the right flavor notes and surprising juxtapositions. It’s more about the story wrapped with every meal.

That’s why a Halim prepared by her can be much more memorable than having it at a mind-numbingly fancy restaurant. I learn from her that pay attention to what your dishes make people feel and think about the kind of sensation you want them to create. To close the gap in between, play with primary and secondary flavors, colors, textures, and presentation. This is a great way to create better dishes and, most importantly, a great way to get in touch with the art of cooking on a different level. So there is no doubt that Chatpata kebab prepared by her just vanishes in a blink of eye. Masala Puri is a perfect snack item to cherish with family, friends and loved ones.

The menu of 4th April 2024’s were Halim, Chatpata Kebab, Masala Puri( Spicy Flat bread) . All were delicious is too short adjective for those mouth watering love wrapped dishes. The most important thing that you can learn from these workshops that how a dish creation is simple and comfortable and enjoyable for a person who loves to cook.  When you watch her moving and preparing dishes along responding our queries you have to believe that cooking is the most easy and effortless  thing in the world.

Specialty of her workshop is there are no boundaries of it. She celebrates every occasion every season through her workshop. Whether it is Durga Puja or Eid or Christmas or Holi and others, various menus are available in her basket that actually gives a boost to your celebration and joy. She also celebrates every season with her cooking palate. Rain, Summer,Winter, Spring all are present with their specific menu in her magic cooking bag.

Although she is a celebrity chef with lots of success in her pockets, Rukma Dakshy adheres to the personality of a plain Bengali woman who simply liked to cook and loved to eat. But under the cloak of humility, Rukma Dakshy gifted with incredible talent. She shows people that you don’t have to cook fancy or complicated dishes to be a respectable cook.

After attending so many workshops by Rukma mam, I understand that you can make a much better dish with simple and fresh ingredients than by struggling to follow complex recipes. Once you learn to cherish the simple things, you’ll be ready to smash dip more complicated menus.

Next time you cook for your friends, family, significant other, or even for yourself, and add a pinch of love in there. You’ll surely notice the difference.

“Good food is very often, even most often, simple food.” – Anthony Bourdain
