Ingredients:

Chicken Breast – 4 to 6 pcs

Bacon – 4 slices
3.
Onion – 1 medium size sliced thinly
4.
Bell Peppers / Capsicum – 1/2 sliced thinly
5.
Salt to taste

Oregano – 1/2 teaspoon
7.
Red Chili powder – 1 teaspoon
8.
Cheese Slice – 4
9.
Oil – 3 to 5 table spoon
10.
Garlic cloves- 6 (Finely chopped)
11.
Mayonnaise- 2 tablespoon
12.
Black pepper- powder- 1 table spoon
13.
Tomato puree- 1 table spoon
14.
Lemon zest- 3
teaspoon
15.
Breadcrumb/ crashed Cornflakes-1 cup

Garlic Powder- 2 teaspoon
Method:
1.
Firstly the chop the bacon into small pieces. Pop them into frying pan,
and cook them till golden and crispy. Place them on some paper towel to soak
the excess oil.

Now add in onions, bell peppers, garlic in the pan and sauté for few
minutes now includes in salt, chili powder, tomato puree, lemon zest and mix
well. Add bacon and oregano, mayonnaise and stir well. Let it blend together.
Cover it for few minutes. Filling is ready.

Take breadcrumbs, Black pepper powder, Oregano, salt in a bowl and mix
it and set aside. Beat the eggs well, include salt and garlic powder it and put
to one side.

Place chicken breast over a leaf of plastic wrap and cover with another
sheet of plastic wrap. Smash chicken with a rolling pin to make it thin and
even.
5.
Put a cheese slice over each chicken, put the filling over it and roll
it carefully. Stuck it with tooth picks.

Now dip the chicken in egg and roll it in breadcrumbs. Stuck the chicken
with tooth picks to prevent it from falling. You can preheat oven to 180 degree
C.
7.
Heat oil in a frying pan, place chicken over it and cook till golden on
both sides. Put this in a foil lined baking tray and place in oven for 15
minutes.
8.
Remove it from oven, cut to make proper slices and Serve
with your sweet smile.
