·        Step1- Take a pan, add 3 table spoon butter( I used salted butter , you can use as per your choice)

·        Step2- Let the butter melt and add 2 medium size onion chopped in small dice size and 4/5 cloves garlic chopped and add salt as per taste and add sugar 1 teaspoon. You can add black pepper powder also.

·        Step 3- stair and add 2 tablespoon water and mix and fry for 4 to 5 minutes

·        Step4- Add small dice sized chopped 1 carrot, 1 yellow bell pepper and 1 red bell pepper (You can add vegetables as per your wish) and 1 table spoon of oregano. Mix well

·        Step5- Cover the pan and shallow fry all 3 to 4 minutes

·        Step 6- Add ½ up water again cover the pan and let the vegetables cooked for another 5 minutes

·        Step 7- Now add 2 cup of macaroni stir well

·        Step8- Add one and ½ cup milk, mix well. lower the flame, cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes

·        Step9- Add grated cheese 2 cup if you wish you can add cheese slice also. Use cheese as per your choice

·        Step10- Mix well, Check the seasoning
