Honey Lemon Mutton, a perfect blend of sweetness, tanginess, and spices. Tender mutton breast pieces with bone are slow-cooked to perfection, coated in a glossy honey-lemon glaze, and enriched with Indian spices. Black Pepper dust-1 table spoon

Mace(Jayitri) dust or paste-1 teaspoon

Garam masala- 1 teaspoon

Red Tomato-2 (chopped)

Green tomato- 1 (chopped)

Chilly Powder-1 teaspoon

Olive oil-1 to 2 cup
·
4 tablespoons honey
·
Clove dust- 1 teaspoon
·
Cardamom dust-1 teaspoon
·
Melon seed Paste (charmogoz)- 1 tablespoon
·
Green chili paste- 1 teaspoon
·
Curd- 2 tablespoon
·
Turmeric powder-2 tablespoon
·
Kashmiri chili powder- 2 teaspoon
·
Lemon juice- ½ cup

First wash mutton pieces accurately. Do not over wash it.
After cleaning take a bowl adds mutton pieces, lemon juice and cardamom dust
and curd, mix well. Cover it perfectly
and rest it for 2 hours.
Take big pan , add oil, when the oil become
splutter put little bit sugar and add 1 inch cinnamon ( break it little pieces),
when smell comes out. add the chopped onions and sauté till they
are almost red then add marinated mutton then add zinger
garlic paste, melon seed paste, red and green tomato, Black Pepper dust, Mace (Jayitri) dust or
paste, Chilly Powder, Clove dust, turmeric powder,
Kashmiri chili powder and salt. Cook for at least 15-20 minutes by stirring
occasionally. Cook it until oil comes out. After that add water as required
because gravy must be inclined and let mutton perfectly cooked. Now reduce the
flame to check the seasoning and adjust salt.
Take a pan, add
fenugreek leaves and roast. After that make dust from it. Take a small bowl add
ghee, honey , garam masala powder, hit it , when it splutter mix all well and
add it with the mutton and lastly spread fenugreek dust over it and coriander leaves and cover it. Open
and serve with beautiful smell and with your lovely smile.
