recipe of Chicken. I named it Murg Bohemian . Murg Bohemian is a flavorful fusion of Indian spices and creamy richness, offering a perfect balance of tangy and aromatic flavors. A delightful twist on traditional chicken curry, it's a must-try for those craving something different!
Ingredient
· 1 kg chicken
· 1 cup yogurt
· 2 teaspoon turmeric powder
· 1 teaspoon red chili powder
· 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
· Salt to taste
· 1 teaspoon lime juice
· 1 bay leaf
· ½ table spoon bay leaf
paste
· ½ teaspoon nutmeg powder
· ½ teaspoon Mace paste
· 1 cinnamon stick break in 2 to 3 pieces
· 1 tablespoon ghee
· 2 medium onions, chopped
· 1 large tomato, chopped
· 1 cup oil
· ½ teaspoon sugar
For Special Masala
INGREDIENTS

seeds- 2 table spoon

seeds- 2 table spoon

Anise
·
3 to 4
strands of mace

Chili- 3

Dried Mango powder- 1 tablespoon
Roast them in one pan one after the other without burning till you get a
nice aroma. Relocate to a wide plate and cool them thoroughly. Now make smooth
fine powder in a blender. Now add dried mango powder in it. Mix properly.
Special Masala is ready
Process of making
Wash the chicken very carefully. Soak the chicken completely. In
a medium size bowl, add chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt, lime juice, curd
and Bay leaf paste. Blend well with hand. Now leave for one hour.
Add one tablespoon oil in one pan. Wait till the oil heated well.
Now add bay leaf and cinnamon pieces in it with pinch of sugar. Stir finely. When
smell of the mixture comes out, add remaining oil in the pan. When oil comes to splatter, add chopped onion,
fry it till brown and add tomatoes. Mix well now add chicken in the pan with
marinate .Saute for few minutes. Now add all the Spices with turmeric powder
except our special masala. Mix well and cook it till oil comes out from the
chicken. Now add water as required. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer till the
chicken is cooked Leave it until the chicken become
juicy and tender and water become reduced. In between check the taste, adjust
the salt.
Take a small bowl, add ghee in it. Heat the ghee and add our special
masala in it, mix well. Spread the mixture over the dish. Blend it with the chicken . Now Sprinkle pinch of our special masala on top, garnish with the green
chili and bay leaf. Put off the gas and cover the dish. Open it when
serve. Have this dish with mesmerizing aroma.
