“There is no love sincerer than the love of
food.” ― George Bernard Shaw
We perhaps accustomed with eating according to our blood type,
genes or body type. But how do we really identify how to eat and what to eat?
Yes, we are what we eat. However, our elusive energy is uninterruptedly carving
in each second, which calls into question the rationality of following a plain,
strict intake for a lifetime. If we are a vibrant creature, our eating habit
should have been fluid and lithe. The diet we
follow usually are associated with fried processed or too salty or sugary foods
that sound soothing for immediate demand of mind but actually contribute to depression,
stress, and anxiety.
Eat to get
Inner peace-:
“Food is not rational. Food is culture, habit,
craving and identity.” Jonathan Safran Foer
Once your food is
in line, then you will find it easier to achieve inner peace, no matter the
direction you take to get there. Processed foods are deficient in the fiber
that controls the course of nutrients into our bodies. To have complete inner
peace
one must quit “mind comfort” foods that contribute to heart disease, diabetes, stroke, Alzheimer’s, and many other illnesses or conditions. Its okay to have them occasionally but don’t include it in your regular diet. The following things we need include in our steady diet-:
Fruits & Vegetables – These are rich in
antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins that protect and nourish the brain.
Sunflower Seeds – These seeds are
rich in omega 3s, magnesium, and selenium. Selenium deficiency has been linked
to many mood disorders.
Broccoli – Broccoli is a superfood, rich in
vitamin C, iron, B6, and magnesium. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that is used
throughout the body and has been linked to a healthy, energetic mood.
Oranges – Citrus in general is rich in vitamin
C and the bright colors do wonders for mood too.
Brown Rice – This healthy grain contains plenty
of fiber, complex carbohydrates, omega 3s, B6, and selenium.
Tea- Help one to sense peace and soothe in the middle of a stressful
lifestyle. Seaweed- contains lots of great magnesium and
tryptophan that promotes feelings of peace.
Strawberries – These berries are
rich in vitamin C though they are low in calories.
Red Peppers – Red peppers are one
of the richest sources of vitamin C.
Mushrooms – Mushrooms that have been open to
sunlight enclose rich with vitamin D
Garlic – Garlic is another rich source of
selenium.
Avocados – Avocados are rich in vitamin B6 and
omega 3s. B6 is used in the process of creating serotonin, the feel good
neurotransmitter. Omega 3s help combat depression.
Bananas – These contain B6 and tryptophan,
both are used in the production of serotonin and several other
neurotransmitters and hormones.
Chickpeas – Chickpeas contain B6 and folic acid.
Asparagus – Asparagus is also rich in folic acid.

and spinach contain folic acid and magnesium.

rich in omega 3s and magnesium.
Potatoes are wonderful because they are full of A and B vitamins plus beta-carotene
that sooth and relax and also try to have Yogurt and fermented foods, .Sip bone broth
Depression/stress is harsh and hard-hitting and major obstacle for inner
peace. Can food make one feel happier? Perhaps.
Depression or
Stress or disturbance in inner peace cause mental health disorder. Mental health
disorders are multifarious. Our brain is desirous. It needs a lot of energy to work
properly and to create neurotransmitters — chemicals that send
signals through the nervous system. Without enough energy or the right
nutrients, your brain won’t get what it needs. In fact, one study suggests that
eating a lot of nutrient-sparse processed foods could up your chances of
becoming depressed by as much as 60 percent. We still have to go long path
to understand how the brain works, and exactly how nutrients may improve brain
health. Still, there are some promising possibilities.
Our brain is part
of our body. So in a simple way it can
be said that what makes our body’s healthier —food, fresh air, sunshine, clean
water, exercise, de-stressing, vitamins and minerals etc. will make our brains
healthier. So food in particular seem to be linked to brain health.
Act to get Inner peace
Accomplishing inner harmony is the objective of
many beliefs and workout practices. No matter the causes to seek out inner
peace, it will not come immediately with the first yoga pose. Our huge luggage
on mind and soul and diversions in this world that retain us let bygone to
bygone and be entirely happy. While some people are under the impression that
it takes alcohol, drugs or some other distraction to quiet the mind, there are
other, more natural options that can produce the desired results through
spiritual awareness. Infinite treasure is not the medicine of a restless heart.
Achieving a significant title may feel notable, but it is not the key to
satisfaction. Gorgeous look is incapable
to counter the melancholy inner unrest. The outer world just cannot soothe
internal commotion. One can follow the below mentioned points to sooth
himself/herself and get inner peace-:
First,
make sure you’re eating, at least a little bit. Depression/ disturbance in inner
peace can hit our enthusiasm. But no food means no nutrients. Absence of nutrients
means depressed brain. Before we initiate any
changes, get more alert of what we already doing and feeling. Depression is devastating. Instead taking steps to fix everything at
once, consider a minor, controllable lifestyle-oriented step or two like
mentioned below-:
6) Appreciate and Accept- Inner peace is a state of mind, instead of grudging your current situation, appreciate the things you achieved. Refutation is the hardest barrier to inner consciousness.
7) Avoid negative energy/emotion- Feelings of hatred, irritation, remorse and guilt are all adverse emotions that produce rare positive results. Should concentrate in positive thought and let bygone be bygone, peace will soon follow.
8) Let go of the little things. Too often too much time is spent worrying about the minute details and insignificant occurrences. Focus on the big picture and let the little things go.
9) Be Self Confident- Develop the thought that ‘I can do it attitude’ and believe in your own ability.
10) Feel freedom- Find a little minutes every day to unload your emotional burden.
By doing so it helps to discharge the stress from the day and accompany in
greater feelings of peace and freedom.
11) Look for the positives-Whether you believe it or not, every situation or
circumstance has some positive characteristic. Finding the positives in every
situation is another way to reduce what could be a stressful situation.
