Street Style Egg Manchurian Fried rice

Egg Fried Rice is a great meal made by tossing cooked rice along with vegetables, spices, scrambled eggs and sauces. Ingredients-:

·                3 and half cup- Sela Basmati Rice (Affiliate Link)

·        4 large eggs

·        Spring onion chopped- 1 and half cup

·        Black pepper crushed- 1 tablespoon

·        Vinegar- ½ cup

·        Sugar- 2 teaspoon

·        White oil- ½ cup

·        1 and 1/2 to 2 cups diced mixed vegetablessuch as bell pepper, capsicum,             carrots, zucchini, etc.

·        Green chili- 1 teaspoon

·        1/2 cup sliced scallionswhite and green parts divided

·        Cabbage chopped- 1 cup

·        pinch of salt

·        Finely chopped ginger- 1 table spoon

·        Finely chopped garlic-1 table spoon

·        2 and 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce

·        Schezwan sauce- 1 tablespoon

·        White pepper powder- 2 teaspoon

·        White sea same seeds- 1 teaspoon

·        Coriander leaves chopped- 1 cup






For Sauce Mixture-:

1.     ½ tablespoon vinegar (Affiliate Link)

2.     2 tablespoon soy sauce (Affiliate Link)

3.     2 tablespoon tomato ketchup (Affiliate Link)

4.     1 tablespoon green chili sauce (Affiliate Link)

5.     1 cup water

6.     ½ teaspoon sugar



Making Process-:                                                     
1.  Take a deep breath bowl. Add water then add 1 tablespoon oil and 1tablespoon salt.
2.    Wash the rice and rinse well.
3.    Let the water comes to roaring boil.
4.    Add the rice. Stir well. Cover it.
5.    Cook the rice to 80%.
6.    Drain water.
7.    Then spread the rice on a flat tray (Affiliate Link).
8.     Put it in fridge for 1 hour.
9.     Crack an egg into a small bowl and beat well.
10.    Heat a skillet (Affiliate Link) with 1 tablespoon of the oil over medium- high heat. Once the pan is hot, add the beaten eggs and scramble them for about a minute. Transfer the eggs to a dish and turn off the heat.
11.    Now make omelet- 3 eggs, 2-3 teaspoon water, salt, few coriander leaves finely chopped and ½ teaspoon oil. Beat well make thin omelet. Cut it in thin slice.
12.    Take a pan or wok, add oil, hit well.
13.    Now add chopped onion, ginger and garlic, fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add all chopped vegetables, then salt sugar as required and vinegar and spices. Toss well.
14.    Now add the scramble egg and half part of the sliced omelet.
15.    Now add spring onion white sea same seeds and toss well.
16.      Cook for 5 to 6 minutes on high heat, stirring constantly.
17.    Add the rice, cook on high flame for few minutes and toss well
18.   In another wok add the sauce mixture, place the remaining omelets slice, add egg fried rice. Toss and fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
